L Smiley Final Image :
Step 1:
Start by opening a new file. Using elliptical shape tool create a circle shape.
Step 2:
Double click the layer to open layer style window. Enable drop shadow, bevel&emboss, gradient overlay and stroke. Apply settings as shown.
Step 3:
Using pen tool create eye brow of the smiley face.
Step 4:
Similarly create on the other side.
Step 5:
Now create eyes of the smiley using elliptical shape tool.
Step 6:
Using pen tool create lips, tounge & nose.
Cute Na..!!!!
Conclusion:
From image menu select image size.
Resize the image with the settings shown.
Keep Smiling
..Be Happy.. Make Happy..Hey Friendzzz...
