Secondly in family all type of people....
n Every person has own thinking life...
So r learning how we mail..who dont know rtht why silent...
some like only reading mails...........n enjoying that..........
they r active when they..need...........
In this world u get all type of people...
Sri da..saying rite silent people must take part....
so we know their talent.......
n learn some gud thing from them....
n share their valubale knowledge..too..
But Iam not agree with view of someone view abt silenty member....
they have their own view abt this..may..
But I am not agreed...with them..........

if u seen silent member amny time become active ..
when they need.......n give some valauble advice....
