Hello, if what you say is true, you file a suit for restitution of conjugal rights in the competent jurisdictional Court that handles family matters. In the meanwhile, you can also file a suit for monthly maintenance from your husband under section 125 Cr.PC. Your chances of getting back into the matrimonial home and getting monthly maintenance are both bright. Consult a local Advocate and proceed. Good Luck.
