I am writing to request the removal of all of the pictures on your website listed below of TERESA MOORE.
You do not have the copyright of these images and having them on your site whether as a portal or host is breaking the law.
I have written to you before and I reiterate:
Please remove all pictures and articles/blogs immediately or we will pursue legal action or you will be liable for financial compensation to the copyright holder.
I have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by
the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law. I
am under penalty of perjury acting on behalf of the holder of the
copyright of these images and want them to be removed immediately from these users
and this statement is accurate. I am also authorised by the photographer
of these images; Andrew Marcinko, to remove them from all third party
websites. These images should not be used on any other websites and bethe copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law. I
am under penalty of perjury acting on behalf of the holder of the
copyright of these images and want them to be removed immediately from these users
and this statement is accurate. I am also authorised by the photographer
of these images; Andrew Marcinko, to remove them from all third party
permanently removed because you are not authorised to use the images.
You do not need to make this more difficult then it needs to be. Remove all the images of Teresa Moore immediately and we will cease legal action.
