People like Mukhtar Kaazi can be found every where across the world...even in Andaman nicobar islands....

I am not sure .. why the hell you took the computer from him.... i mean i don't know what was external appearance of the system but you should have consulted with many people..... and i would say you are the culprit not that guy... because its your money man but in future just be aware of such people.......when you are dealing with unknown person you should take utmost care of your money or any asset.......

Ok leave this .. did you gave all the money also ???? Now since you have no legal proofs and original receipts of the PC , you can't file a case too in consumer forum.....Are you still able to contact that guy........agar ha to bas ik hi tarika hai .... tumhare koi bade bhaiya ya senior se baat karke pahuch jao uske yaha ... stamp paper leke jao... agar vo negotiate karta hai to thik hai... stamp paper pe signature karne bolo use.....nahi to bas sham daam dand bhed.... mujhe to yahi najar aa raha hai......
If anybody has anythng else ... there views will also be useful....

Few months ago I asked you all about  help in " Purchasing A Laptop or Desktop"
 
A member from us name Mukhtar Kaazi ( Mumbai ), told me that one of his relative is in Dealing business of Laptops & Desktop....
I thought that if I buy a instrument from him so it will be beneficial to me..........
Before contacting him I had Laptop of arround Rs. 32000 in my mind, but he changed my mind with thought that if I buy a Desktop Pc from him so it will be much cheaper for me & also he will assist me free of cost with every sort of help( if any prob in Instrument )..
After a discussion with him on products & configuration he told me a Instrument will cost me arround Rs.27,000/- & it will be cheaper as he is dealing directly with open market...
My Configuration is as below mentioned..
Desktop ( LG) : 15 inch ( Dabba)
Ram : 2Gb
Harddisk : 250 Gb ( Sata)
CPU Cabinate of Iball brand
UPS of APC brand
Keyboard & Mouse of Logiitech brand
Processer : Core2duo ( 2.66)
Headset ( Chian)
Webcam 2megapix ( china)
 
Also he told me that he will provide me Bluetoth USB free of cost & he will give me free servicing on my Pc problem ( Both Hardware & Software)... .
 
Main thing & my concern..... .He give me a confirmation that he will give me a Origional Bill with all data mentioned ( PIN no, Amount of each Product, Product brand & warrenty of those)
 For the Delivery of Intrument he told me he will give me Home Delivery.... with the bill...Because of which I was not able to see wht exactly he worte in Bill...
 
After delivery of Instrument he gave me a bill with Products details ( not mentioning names of those),, & total amount 27,000 only .. There was no warrenty, no PIN no & missing some other IMP details such as amt of each products.
 
Well I did argued with him on that..& he told me that he can not provide me the bill as I asked from him ( I didnt told him to make a fake one)
 
Guys thats my problem..... I want to have a original Bill from him as i am not sure that if infuture if I faced any technical problem then is he is going to serve me properly or not ....I already had a bad experence abt his servicing immediately after the puchasing ( within a month)
 
Now three months passed..still i m waiting for his response...My Orgional bill is also lying with him from last 45 days, as he told me he will give me atleast PIN nos of product.
 
Guys, please help me with an Idea,,,,How to get a Origional Docs from him...
 
I tried to convey him with politeness ( I cant be too agressive due to my nature)..but he didnt listen....his response was like,,,,,,,, , " NAHI DETA JA ..JO KARNA HAI KARLE "
 
I require your help urgently ,,,,as I m lossing my patients.... ...
