I am a diabetic since many years.  I take Insuline.  Doctors advised me that Insuline is better than tablets.

 

When I saw the story of the 65 years old woman, when it appeared first time in MubaiHangout, I tried more than 1 month with the same line of treatment.  Except a small decrease of sugar in the blood, there was no significant improvement.  Though I continued with the same treatment for another month or so on daily basis, I could not get any improvement. 

 

In the past several years, I tried several Ayurvedic medicines and Homeopathic Medicines, but they were all have limited results.  I learned from my experience, all these medicine are useful only in the initial stage of diabetic, but when your diabetic get old, all these medicines are useless and the diabetes cannot be fully controlled with these lines of treatments.  

 

However, I find a little better help in diabetic treatment with drinking of 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder and 1 teaspoon Fenugreek powder, mixed in half glass water every monring.   Lately, my friend told me that he finds a little variation in blood sugar with ladies finger.  But none of them will not cure diabetes.  Only allopathy medicines and Insuline are useful in controlling diabetes. 

 

Recently, I saw a TV interview with a Naturopathy Doctor who claims of controlling diabetes with naturopathy treatment (mainly fasting & Yoga).   I have a mind to try it in the near future, when I go on holidays.

Ingredients:
1 - Wheat flour                  100 gm
2 - Gum(of tree) (gondh)   100 gm
3 - Barley                          100 gm      
4 - Black Seeds (kalunji)   100 gm

Method of Preparation :

 Put all the above ingredients in 5 cups of water.
Boil it for 10 minutes and put off the fire. Allow it to cool down by itself.
When it has become cold, filter out the seeds and preserve the water in a glass jug  or bottle.  

How to use it?
Take one small cup of this water every day early morning when your stomach is empty.
Continue this for 7 days.  Next week repeat the same but on alternate days. With these 2 weeks of treatment you
will wonder to see that you have become normal and can eat normal food without problem.
