Hair Fall Problems & Tips Hair Care Tips For Healthy and Shining Hair Hair on your head is important part of your personality and beauty. Condition of your hair can enhance or spoil your appearance. You need to take proper care of your hair. Hair care means making efforts to keep the hairs healthy and shining. Here we can help you to achieve proper hair care through some awesome hair care tips. Hair Care Tips Keep you hair and scalp clean by using shampoo. The most important aspect of hair care is identifying your hair type. Once you find out your hair type, choose hair care products designed especially for your hair type. For example, if your have dry hair, choose shampoo made for dry hair. For faster hair growth, you can apply castor oil to the roots of hair and scalp. Once a week, apply a face mask to nourish your hair. You can prepare it by mixing white of an egg, 2 tsp of castor oil and one tsp of glycerin. Apply it over your hair and scalp and wash it after some time. Boil tea leaves in water for 10 minutes and strain it. Use this water to wash your hair as a last rinse. Make a paste of besan (gram flour) with water and apply it in hairs. After some time, wash it with water strained from cooked rice. For deep cleansing, you should massage your hairs with warm coconut oil before washing hair. Now wrap a steam towel over your head to cover hairs. It let the oil absorbed in better way. To control hair loss and hair thinning, there is good tip. Take sufficient coconut oil and boil few hibiscus flowers in it. Strain this oil and apply on your hair regularly and you can see positive results after sometime. Steam towel wrap after an oil massage is very effective if your cuticles are badly damaged due to dryness. You can also apply mixture of curd and egg, whipped together. It will feed hairs with protein and vitamins. To add bounce and shine to dull and luster less hair, take warm water in a mug and add 2 tbsp of vinegar. Use this mixture as last rinse. Take 1 tsp of fenugreek seeds and one cup curd. Soak these seeds in the curd overnight. Take it in the morning. Squeeze out the juices from few curry leaves, basil leaves, hibiscus flower and gooseberry. Boil these juices with coconut oil and apply it in hairs. After 30 minutes wash your hair. Take fenugreek leaves and soak them in deep pot of water overnight. In the morning, apply this liquid in scalp and massage it. Now cover head with a cloth for 3 hours. Repeat this process daily for one month. For strength of hair, take one tsp of mustard oil and boil it in one cup of water for 5 minutes. Cool and drink it. To control hair loss, massage with olive oil. Whenever you go out in sun, cover your head with a wide brimmed head to protect hair from damaging sun rays. Hairs become dull, brittle and start graying. There is wonderful herbal recipe for the strength and shine of hair. Soak 10 rithas and 4 shikakai pods in water overnight. Boil it in the morning and strain after getting cool. Use this liquid as herbal shampoo. This is chemical free shampoo. Soak ten amlas (Indian gooseberry) in water overnight. Boil in the morning and strain it. After washing your hair with herbal shikakai shampoo, rinse them with this gooseberry water and leave it for 10 minutes. Now wash hair with clean water. It works as a conditioner. It prevents graying of hair and gives bouncy, shiny look to hair. Use mild shampoo which contains no alcohol. Apply shampoo on the hair roots and scalp and massage gently. Hair ends get cleaned while rinsing. Conditioning is must after washing of hair while still damp. It will prevent hair from tangling and keep them moist. Avoid excessive use of blow dryers or other styling tools which use heat. Excessive heat damages the hair. Let the hair dry naturally in open air. You can add vitamin E capsule to your hair oil.
