Yes everything has been said already describing the hardship,the effort, of our moderator..you have laid down all his cards also on your mail of how really a moderator works for his group like Boon.Yes so many platform has been said about him but i was so impressed by your own words that seems to be from the bottom of your heart...As i have said before on my previous mail this group was 'UNCONQUERABLE'
and i think no further clarification or detailed proof needed that it is bcoz of Boon who controls the entire maneuver of this group.Of course we should not also forget some member who was behind the success...Once again Sir,...everything you said was amazing!.Our UNITY, ONENES of each member was overwhelming.

Today, after reading this email, I thought, what are some important qualities of a BooN? Then thought of some specific details and examples to explain why these qualities made BooN so important in our social life.
There are many excellent mails on MHO platform; fortunately, there are few good friends in Groups. A BooN is the person who control the entire network and since it's a very hard job he must have some important abilities like professionalism, honesty and confident.
I think that everyone have to have strong knowledge in his specialization. Like BooN, if you manage the engineering of a model of group, it's necessary to know all about you to your friends and enemies too. You are able to now the all nicety, you must now the situation on the whole.
The last quality which I would describe is the confident, what BooN is having. This is the universal idea which contains not only self-confident but also confident in the MHO Family members future and confident in the growing membership in MHO. BooN is a perfect specialist also he is self-confident.
As well the good person has to maintain command spirit among the friends, he is the engine of the MHO and he inspires the MHO members by personal example. Like me all Mho members having confidents in the future of the MHO, BOON also confidents in his future and such assurance helps him to work harder to give us wonderful post daily.
When I personally introduced to Boon I understand the unique person; he is the candle which assigns the way to lead to his MHO members in the creative cave. And his flame is bright and strong because he is the standard for the others.
