Re: "NO" and good bye to adwani Re: :|: MHO :|: Advani may Offer to Resign ( Breaking News )

people,

first thing first -

only elected members of the parliment can decide the Prime Minister and not the Party - this is as per our Constitution.

Secondly the defeat of BJP is not only a sing of change in indian politics but also a very sound indication to the world that we are marching towards the developed nation and fast.

This result will enhance iur position in UNO to have a permanent birth and also give a very strong message to all our nebouring countries on the trust of Indian democracy.

Terror attacks - nobody can stop - not even USA - we can only retaliate - Dr. Manmohan Singh and the UPA had done enough after 26/11 to committ Pakistan on the involvement of individuals from Pakistan in the attacks including ISI.

Now the nation has done its job - Let Dr. M M Singh and his team perform for next 5 years and take India ahead on development and prosperity. Its a test match of 5 yeards and not a T20 0r 50overs One dayer.

I am sure with the young blood infused by Mr. Rahul Gandhi into politics - things would change faster than expected.

Regards,

A normally silent member of MHO

Jai Ho

Hello All,

DID ADWANI DAMAGED BJP MOST ?
Yes,
Among the major reasons of Solid Defeat of BJP is his Age (81+), projecting him as
PM is undemocratic, his talks of bringing money from Swiss Banks ....people knew
that this is only a part of election promise  not more. People  trust MonmohanSingh
and congress more in comparison to Mr unreliable and hyperactive childlike old guy.

His offer to resign is respected way to go - as  normally  any honest leader take the
responsibility of defeat and declare resignation to end up ABC discussions to follow
means to keep hope alive of having some thing ...still ........left. .....this indicates his
intentions of trying once more.As on date as per peoples` wish he must go with the
Tag `Unwanted`

Yes, if he is a true man.. and respect his age himself (not atleast Indian public)... he should resign from Party and politics both...

These results are an eye openers for all public and other members.. dont go blindly writing anything you want.. Dont blame anybody blindly what ever you think..

Ofcourse, keyboard with you... its not mean that you write blah blah..... and convince the public. Be gentle and think twise before write something.

Regards,

Syed Hussain

Advani may offer to resign
Onkar Singh in New Delhi
May 16, 2009 12:23 IST

Bhartiya Janata Party leader L K Advani [Images] may offer to resign as leader of the Opposition when the party's parliamentary board meets at 5 pm on Saturday at his residence."I am not too sure if Advani would offer to resign leader of the party following defeat in the Lok Sabha election. But given the circumstance he may hand over the leadership to either Jaswant Singh or Rajnath Singh," a senior party leader told rediff.com after the results started pouring in.Party President Rajanath Singh discounted the rumours about Advani offering to resign. "He is our leader and would continue in the future as well," he said. Rajnath admitted that the party had not done as well as it should have in Delhi where it lost all the seven seats, Rajasthan and Maharashtra. He didnt expect NDA to split.
