The 11.6-km P. V. Narasimha Rao Elevated Expressway stretching from
Sarojini Devi Eye Hospital to Aramghar junction was inaugurated on October 19, 2009.

The 11.66 km expressway aims at cutting travel time and offering a seamless
traffic movement between the city and the international airport at Shamshabad.
