| Dear Suresh, i dont have full of knowledge about all the villages, i told that our(my) village 90% votes, i m not mentioned the 90% of all villages votes, i hope little miss communication happened here, ok. I didn't referring the recent Rahul Gandhi's statement, because i didn't see his statement. If you take the case of Andhra Pradesh, I can say that you cannot find a village where Water is not sold For this question my answer is absolutely not require to buy the water. but here three reasons i found why we have to buy the water. 1. drinking water is available, but some people are purchasing mineral water To show prestige/health point of view i don't know. (a). if it is health point of view, why cant they boil the water and use? (b). if it is to show the prestige we cant do anything. 2. For the drinking water paying monthly charges to the corporation( (a). corporates can't supply of water without charges, they have to pay the Electricity bill for pumping the water, and have to pay the salaries for employees also maintenance charges will be there. (b). dig the bore well in your home, so that you need not to pay anything for water. 3. Natural Resources not available. we have to purchase water, i hope no other way.
