According to your letter, I feel you are suffering from Bronchitis for which you may try medication by step by step as per the suggestions I give below:
1. Avoid cold foods like some sort of fruits, lemon, curd, buttermilk, peanuts, banana etc.
2. Smoking should be prohibited and all sort of smokes also severe for your illness.
3. Drink enough boiled & then warm water. Water therapy sometime helps you.
4. Avoid cold drinks even ice water.
5. Very first you have to understand yourself what type of allergy are you suffered from & for which you have to study which item make allergy on your body weather food, atmoshpere, fish or mutton etc. Change your life style and eating habits. Because some sort of allergies are incurable even though some medicines can temperaorily cure but when its effects lasts it will start again. So better avoid such things which you can study yourself gradually. I was also suffering from such type of Bronchits Asthma and now I never take such foods wich are against my body. Moisture like mist also some times make allergy. Please try all those suggestions.

| Dear Boon/All MHOians I need help from you. I have a high level of FLEM in my chest due to which I am not able to breathe properly. I have symptoms similar to Asthama. I cannot take Ten steps without starting coughing. After coughing the Flem comes out of the chest & I feel a little bit relieved.
