Mood swings in women is a very common condition that almost every woman goes through. For some, mood swings may even be a daily affair.

Other causes of mood swings include unhealthy lifestyle habits like taking to junk food, drugs, alcohol, smoking and lack of exercise. Mood swings can be a symptom or can be indicative of various physical and mental illnesses. Frequent, uncontrollable and violent mood swings need to be given medical attention and can be treated using therapy and introducing lifestyle changes.
