{M-H-O} Sex before marriage is not crime.. Supreme Court !!!!!

Today, Supreme Court has given a sensational judgment that pre-marital sex is not a crime and also said that live-in relationship is an acceptable thing, in fact, it was seen in Indian mythologies too. The affair between Radha and Krishna comes under live-in relationship category. The court said that when two completely matured adults want to live together, then what crime is in it? Under what law they should be punished? This is the Apex court's verdict in support of Kollywood's famous matinee idol Khushboo's comments on sex before marriage.

Earlier, in 2008, there were 26 criminal cases filed against Khushboo from various locations in Tamilnadu when she had given an interview on pre-marital sex to India Today magazine. When Khushboo approached Madras High Court to quash those 26 cases, the court dismissed the writ petition.
