Hi,
First Connect the Pen drive to the PC and check wheather it is detecting or not, if it is detecting (Go to My Computer and check for the removable Disk) then right click on the My Computer and go to Manage. Under Storage click on Disk management.
right side right click on the removable disk either D or E drive (Depends on your drive) and select format. Once it is formatted you should be able to save it.
