I am Rekha, working with Oceanic Consultants, Kochi Branch, Operating from Chandigarh Head Office, I start my job with this org from July 07 09,as asst Manager. from my start date to till 1 week back everything was normal with my job and everyone was very happy with my work, suddenly one day i got a mail saying that i have to write an exam of British Council, this exam meant to write exam for Agents, and my company said to write the exam with my cost Rs.5000.00 but when i called to British council they said this amount can pay by company or employer. When I verify with my management they inform that they doesn't want to bare this amount and they want to deduct from my salary... I inform that I can write the exam if company bears the fee amount. Just few days back they called me and inform that your are not writing the exam, leave the organization and said to leave at that moment from office. No return mail nothing but said to move out from office...
The company is related to consultants to send students overseas, they offer good carrier for students but they are not thinking about there own staff. How can they do this for youngsters????
In a Short notice they inform me to write the exam with my cost. is this CORRECT????
Can u plzz suggest what I have to do???
