DEAR ALL   THERE IS NO SUAGAR AT RATION SHOPS SINCE DECEMBER IN OUR AREA GOLDEVAL/NULBAZAR   & GOVT WANTS TO EXPORT 10,000 TONS.   IN OPEN MARKETS RATES ARE 42 AND IN RATION SHOP IT IS AT 22 FIRST  I THOUGHT SHOKEEPES ARE SELLING IN OPEN MARKET ANE NOT GIVING TO RATION CARD HOLDER   THAN I VISITED 3 RATION SHOPS IN OUR AREA ON MAHASHIVRATRI HOLIDAY. AND INQUIRED ABOUT SUGAR WHAT THERE INTERPRETATION WAS: 1) WE HAVE GIVEN ADVANCE TO GOVT FOR SUGAR BUT SUGAR HAS NOT CAME FROM DECEMBER 2) INTERSTINGLY 3 OF THEM EACH KNOW OTHER VERY WELL 3) I ASKED WHEN SUGAR WILL COME NONE OF THEM GAVE PROPER ANSWER 4) THEY ALL WERE HANGING BOARDS SUGAR IS OUT OF STOCK   TO CONCLUDE, I WANT TO KNOW WHETHER IF THIS SHORTAGE IS IN FULL MUMBAI/INDIA. THEN GOVT. WHY WANTS TO EXPORT!!!!!!   TELL ME SUGAR STOCK IN YOUR AREA OR  IS THERE ANY MACHINERY WHERE WE CAN FORWARD OUR COMPLAINT PLEASE SUGGEST   JAYESH
