I am a silent member since years. I loved the emails from MHO group. In many situations this group had helped the needy people to solve their personal issues or suggest the best. This made me to write about my issue thinking that maybe there will be some kind of help or suggestion I may get to overcome this problem…
I am Samdani from Andhrapradesh working in Saudi Arabia in IT field. What I am writing here is true to my knowledge and GOD is the witness for that.
I am working since years here in Saudi, as every Indian dream, I also dreamt about having a house in India before I return back to India. Every time I go for vacation to India, I used to think this time I will get something in terms of land or a house.
By seeing the prices there I drop the idea and postpone to the next year. Likewise I passed many years waiting for the right time and the budget availability.
Finally in 2001 I purchased a land in Bangalore through one of my sister who was then recently got migrated from Hyderabad. Everything went fine and registration took place on my name in authentic manner. In year 2002 again I visited India. This time my sister and Brother in Law(BIL) suggested to start the construction work as they are there to take care of it. As I was new to Bangalore, they also helped me to get a contractor to take care of quality and these two will pay the bills to the contractor after getting it checked by another engineer. My job to send the money regularly. So I opened an account in Indian Bank just for this purpose, in the same branch where their personal and company accounts are residing. They asked me to sign a bank document where it was stating that I am giving the full authority to operate my NRE account. As I was trusting them fully I did not concentrate much on that paper and signed as they asked me.
Till June or July 2003, I was keep on sending the funds regularly as asked by them. Every month's salary and sometimes loans from the office. Likewise I pumped around 25lakhs in addition to the money I spent during my presence there in 2002 to raise the structure up to Slab level(Without Slab). I too purchased the Burma Teak wood for the three floors and bulk steel up to two slabs.
This time it alerted me that why the hell they are keep on asking money just to construct the Ground and First floors. When I asked the same question they said you are constructing two portions it costs more. This I could not digest. I said to them stop the entire thing as it is and send me the accounts and status of the construction.
Here the problem started. In fact by that time they were already inside the house. They vacated their rented house and moved to my building without my knowledge. When I came to know about that and asked about it, here they started showing their real faces and threatening.
They claimed at that time they have invested money into this building, that's why they are residing in this building until I pay money back. When I said I do not have to pay any money to you people. In fact you must pay the money back to me which I sent in excess.
They created false cases against me to get busy into that. Since then during my vacations I visit Bangalore just to follow-up the cases. I spent lot of money behind the lawyers. I changed the lawyers. But no use. You know the facts in India. It is ANDHA KHANOON (BLIND LAW) sorry to say that. Every lay man understand that it is very clear that they cheated me. But that was the fact. I personally experienced.
Presently the cases are in the Bangalore courts. They are enjoying peace fully the entire premises by staying, running school and their corporate office in that. Till now I did not step into the premises. Neither I received a paisa nor enjoyed this property after spending such huge life earnings into it. I just left the matter, as I am an NRI and have dependents to take care. I left the matter to the will of GOD's decision.
The point of writing all this here is to know is there any means of authority to whom I can highlight this issue to help me to get my Dream House back Or any other source to alert the society with this kind of cheaters. Now a days I see the medi is stronger and lot of news channels and media is highlighting individual problems in the society.

I want to uncover their real faces to the society where they are living. I am not sure whether I get back my property or not but at least I would like to alert the community, BEWARE of these culprits.
