Dear Mr. Mohammad, I too am a silent memebr of MHO. Just for the sake of curiosity I went through your case. Have you tried about searching for and possession of the legal document which is registered in your name. No one can construct any structure without the written consent or development agreement with the land lord. This can be varified with any body. Many of the big construction houses also keep their sites pending for legal clearancr from the owner of the propoerty. Even the objection by a tenent against the owner's decision also brings the stay order fro the court of law. Chances are there that this clause of the property matters may be of use to you. Without the clearacne form the Proporerty Owner, the conveyence deed does not take place, neither an Occupation certificate can be issued by the authorities. These are the rulae in Maharashtra, please check out the same in Andhra. But i strongly feel that witout your signature on development papaers the Ready property can not be registered in any one's name. I hpe the info may of your use. Best Regards & all the best, Sachin Shembekar Thane, Mumbai. |
