Hi Netu, I too have faced same problem in my family and I also started working when my child was 3 months baby, to reduce back pain sleep without pillow, really it will workour try for 1 week and u will know the result for joint pains u dont sit continiously every 1/2 hr u walk for 5 minuts and gradually it will reduce.
