I am silent member of MHO & I read lot of mail where upeople share the knowledge & help the people who are in Difficult. Even I needHelp & suggestion from U.
I am working in one of the KPO's. Our organization has almost3 offices in INDIA
In our office there are around 200 people working &around that some 30 person were chosen for an extra ordinaryperformance in month of August.
Later we all have signed a bond stating if in any position organization sack us they willpay us salary for a year, except if there's a drop down in performance level or character level
Then there's sudden market crash. Which made many organizationto sack there employee & same happens in our organization also.
Now they started sacking out Employee saying that yourperformance is not good & they sack out.
Even the people who has around +5 year Experience & they were chosen for extraordinary performance also, were been sack out with same reason.
These reason is been used to get escape from that one year salary bound.
As market crash there's a drop down of orders some about 50%& the target given to us is now impossible to achieve.
Can anyone on suggest on what basis they are marking our performance or suggest what should we do???
