| | | Hi Bharat,
I totally agree with your below mail. If every Indians will be same like us, I think there will not be any problem.
In my first meeting I had cleared said to Vodafone to take this matter seriously but rather than to talk, he was interested only in my hard earned money. He should think that it is fault of Vodafone and should go for settlement.
Furthermore I got wonder when officer of Vodafone accepted the bill amount could reach up to 5 Lac or more than that if he receives data late from his mobile partner from other country. Tell me who will save that man who would be charged???? If prepaid customers unbil amount are monitored and controlled in int.roaming then why not for post paid customers???? They simply said that he had received data late and that was the reason why this huge amount bill was generated. In this matter where is fault of customer???To receive data late is a fault of customer??? There is only fault of customer that he had used sim of Vodafone just supposing that whatever he is using is the same is monitored and will be informed to customer if it goes to beyond customer credit limit. You will also surprised that in my previous bill the credit limit was 4500Rs and immidaite with this huge bill it was modified 9700Rs.
The corrct system is when any custmers travels abroad, Vodafone needs to inform to his parnter service provider about customer's credit limit and needs to monitor his uses as he has the remote control. Who will think that he will chared for few hours for thousans or Lacs...???
I think I may contact with Media and government telecom authority if I am not got satisfactory answer by vodafone.

Dear Mr Pandya, First of all I shall write one story dating back to 1939. Then in Italy Musolinni was ruling. A Japanese lady bought a watch from one shop from Italy. She had complaint about its quality...it went wrong..she took up the matter with shop keeper. Shop keeper like Vodaphone India refused to entertain. Lady complained to Rulers. Within no time that shop was LOCKED and SEALED. This is an example of Quality of Law and its implementation. Here we have problem with quality of Vodaphone staff and their sense of investigation and providing detail to put them in right place !!!! But the point is do they have it in them ? Now at this point pressure on you is maximum. They know it well. So from one end they talk goody goody and use knife (notice) from the other. Both the things can`t go together !!! Hence you need not wait for any Muhurat now. Just by return notice demand them to GIVE ALL PROOFS OF USAGE. paisa to paisa as you have not earned the way they make money. I wonder how such loot is prevailing ion this country !!! I have already thrown even HUTCH ............ card in gutter long back. Reason this high headedness. No courtesy to hear customer. As Indians we should only use Indian original services. Tell them that every day you will talk to 10 pepople about your harassment. This people do not worry if customer is lost if he is drained for two years` usage together !!! I shall not mind receiving direct replies from Vodaphone.. | | | Thanks Yaar,
If I wish I can take all below action what Bharat mentioned but I am not like Vodafone. Let me see what Vodafone takes action. I was called at Vodafone office and instructed me to pay these 44,000 in installment. Why should I pay in installment??? I haven't taken any loan??? or neighter borrow money from Vodafone or never asked money from him.
Untill it was Hutch, all the system was OK but I don't want to say more about Vodafone.
I think Vodafine may be thinking what a single person can do against a multinational company but I would like to remind him that I am a Indian and here in India always laws protects to customer specially if in case of company is in fault.
If I give this advertisement in People's pole, I think I can get 99.99% vote and Vodafone can get 0.001% vote and those will be Vodafon's employer side
Thanks again
Rajendra

Arey Yaar Bharat, There is far more easier way to do resolve this problem. Bharat Frankly forget the point of limit. It will not stand the test of course as setting the credit limits is the discretion of the telecom company. They would simply say that they had increased your credit limit because you were on international roaming. Rajesh the solution very simple. Go to some Vodafone outlet find out their International Roaming charges for the region where you had been. Then ask for an itemised bill of yours. Then cross check the numbers mentioned in it. If those are the numbers which you have dialled calculate teh pulse of those numbers with the international roaming charges that you have acquired. Then if there is any discrepancy, bring it to their notice. If they deny, you canfile an Police Complaint, and with the copy of the same, you can demand Vodafone to give you the Audio recordings Yes every telecom company records our conversations) of the period / number that you think is not the one you dialled / used. That will put to rest the whole issue without going to court or anysuch thing. Regards Nakul swamy

You have few ways to follow like: 1) Move consumer forum through honest lawyer/guide. 2) Also put complaint of Mental Harassment by threatening by Voda ph (in logical way). 3) Indicate your medical report if you have fell ill due to such pressure. 4) So not waste time in observing anything. File a complaint straight and send notice to all concerned officers and servants of Voda phone of all levels across India and internationally. 5) Give cc to TRAI Delhi.. 6) Contact all leading new papers of your city and state and publish note of Malpractice and effort to cover up tactics applied by Voda phone. 7) Hire some one to stand with play card in front of Voda phone office to Alert users. 8) Buy BSNL or AIr tel immediately. Mention it clearly that MANY MANY people have received false bills/charges and have hold payment for clarification and at the end of day, these company had eithr to withdraw or give compensation of some money as damages. In your case put up a counter claim of RS 10,00,000/- + all legal expenses !!! If required you may take leave from work and touch all these areas and PRESS them to provide detail of USAGE. paisa to paisa. i am sure they will touch your feet. Do not allow them and ask them to settle in court. And also do not withdraw in mid way. Do not talk to lawyer of Voda phone. So you do not have to pay a penny. Sue them for deviation in their own laid down terms. 420 and threatening of legal actions Illegally. You can respond me soon. Thanks and do not worry. TEACH THEM A LESSON !! I am a silent member of MHO group and enjoying reading your mails but now I need your guidance. My question is as below and this is related with my vodafone billing concern.
If Vodafone receives data late what I need to do as I am charged 44,000 Rs while my credit limit is Rs.4500. Vodafone is saying that he had received data late and that is why this huge bill is generated. I would like to say that I am charged Rs.15000 only for 3 hour GPRS data in UAE.
Neighter I was intimated at any time until 44,000 Rs by Vodafone. Vodafone could have disconnected my mobile when I crossed my credit limit 4500Rs. Now Vodafone is threating me to take legal action while I have said him to answer in court.
I will be thankful if you guide me.
Thanks
Rajesh Pandya |
