Here are the rules for the Viral Video contest (please see also the
additional rules at the bottom):
1. All videos must be approved by us prior to release
2. All videos must be hosted on YouTube.com. YouTube has some cool
new features such as annotations that let you put you affiliate links into
the video.
3. All videos must promote the Unique Article Wizard and its
benefits
4. Videos can be animated or live action. You could even do a
powerpoint presentation. Just be sure to make it exciting and engaging
enough.
5. Videos can be silly or serious, but must be professional and
tastefully done. Our decision on whether a video qualifies for the contest
is final.
6. Videos are allowed to contain your affiliate link
7. All URL's in the video must either point directly to or redirect
to www.UniqueArticleWizard.com (eg you are allowed to redirect through your
affiliate link.). However, you ARE permitted to display links in the
credits at the end if they are required by the licensing requirements of
any content (such as music) you are using.
8. All Videos must mention the Unique Article Wizard by name.
9. In entering a video you are confirming that you own the full
rights, or have obtained the appropriate licences, for the video and all
creative content contained therein. For example, do NOT use commercially
produced music unless you have explicitly obtained permission. To find
music that you can use, search for Public Domain or Creative Commons music
- and ensure that you comply with their licencing requirements. You are
permitted to display a link and/or credit at the end of the video if so
required. You must also make sure that you have the appropriate video/model

9. Winners shall be determined by multiplying the highest number of
unique viewers by the number of stars (quality) as rated by the video's
viewers on April 30th at 12 noon, PST. In other words, at that time we will
look up all the qualifying videos on YouTube, read the number of views and
the number of stars and multiply to two together to get a score for each
video. The video with the highest score wins. The judge's decision is
final.
It's as simple as that. So get creating the video that will go viral and

The 2nd event is an Affiliate Promotion Extravaganza. It's not really a
contest as EVERYONE who plays WINS, but the payout can literally be
thousands of times larger than a free yearly subscription. Read below to
check out all the great details.

that! Well here's your chance to cash in big time.
As you already know, the Wizard pays recurring commissions of 40% for
every member that you sign up, plus 10% additional for any Tier 2 members
that they in turn sign up. Well during this promotion we are going to make

4. Winning Contestants; Prizes
All contests are based on skill, not chance.
Any decisions made in regards to prize allocation is at the sole
discretion of Allegretto Publishing Ltd.
All decisions are final.
5. Winner Notification/Prize Claims
Winners will be selected on April 30th, 2009 and will be notified by
telephone and/or email by May 5th, 2009. In the event that a Winner is
unable to accept a Prize, an alternate Winner will be selected. Winners may
be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability
Release, and, where legal, a Publicity Release, all of which must be
returned within 30 days of attempted prize notification or the prize will
be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. If the Prize is won by an
eligible person who is not of legal age in the state of residence, the
prize shall be awarded in the name of the Winner's parent or legal
guardian, who must sign and return all required documentation prior to
receiving the Prize. In the event of noncompliance with these Rules, or if
a Prize or prize notification is unclaimed or returned as undeliverable,
the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.
6. Prize Restrictions
Prizes are not transferable. No substitution of Prizes is permitted except
at the sole discretion of Allegretto Publishing Ltd. Any federal, state,
provincial or local taxes on Prizes and any expenses related to the
acceptance and/or use of the Prizes not specified herein as being awarded
are the responsibility of the Winners.
7. Additional Terms
By accepting a prize, Winners consent to Allegretto Publishing Ltd's use
of the video submission, and his or her name, likeness, voice, and/or
biographical information for promotional and other purposes without
additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
The Winner, by acceptance of any prize, acknowledges compliance with these
Rules and agrees to release Allegretto Publishing Ltd, its affiliates, and
its officers, directors, employees, independent contractors,
representatives, and agents ("Releasees") from and against any claim or
cause of action arising out of participation in the Viral Video Contest or
the receipt, redemption, or use of any prize, including any injuries or
damages of any kind sustained in connection with the use, acceptance,
possession, or awarding of any prize.
8. Limitation of Liability
Releasees are not responsible for printing, typographical, human or other
errors of any kind in any contest-related materials or for stolen, lost,
late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries. If, for any
reason, the Viral Video Contest is not capable of running as planned, or
infection by computer viruses, bugs, or tampering, unauthorized
intervention, fraud, actions of entrants, technical failures, or any other
causes corrupt or infect the administration, security, fairness, integrity,
or proper conduct of the Viral Video Contest, Allegretto Publishing Ltd
reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entry or
entrant and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Viral Video
Contest and at its sole discretion award a prize from among all eligible
non-suspect entries validly received prior to the action requiring such
modification. By entering, all contestants agree that the Viral Video
Contest is governed by laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada for the
